Quotes, Ordering and Returns
Orders must be placed and paid in full (cleared in our account) every Thursday by 3pm.
- If you miss this deadline, your order will processed in the following week.

- How long are quotes valid for? 7 (seven) days from the date issued.
Invoices:
- How long are invoices valid for? 48-hours (forty-eight) hours from the date issued.
Payment:
Goods will only be released once full payment has cleared in our bank account listed below:

- Ordering deadline: Thurdays by 3pm.
- In stock: 1 to 2 business days.
- Imports: Arrive in country and delivered by next Wednesday.
- If we delivered the incorrect part, we will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you!
- If you ordered the incorrect part, you will be liable for return shipping and 25% handling fee.
- We inspect every part before delivery. If a part is damaged during shipping, please contact Courier Guy to process a claim.
